I am a personal trainer building something I wish I had: an online coaching home for women in every season of life.
Where this started
I have spent the last seven weeks postpartum building this online coaching platform from the ground up, pouring everything I know into a place where women can train smart, eat well, and actually understand what they are doing and why.

My goal is not to make you dependent on me. My goal is to make you confident. I will give you a personalized program, habit tracking, and a structured outline to follow, and I will be in your corner the whole way. But I am also going to teach you, so that the things you learn in 90 days become the things you carry for the rest of your life.
If you lock in with me, here is what I want for you: move better, get stronger, live healthier, and become more confident in your own journey. That is the whole job.
What it feels like to work together
Everything lives in one simple app, so you always know what to do when you walk into the gym and why you are doing it. We set goals together, we check in on a rhythm that works for your plan, and I adjust things as your body and your life change.
